清洗電磁流量計的電極方法介紹

電(dian)(dian)磁流量(liang)計(ji)如果測(ce)量(liang)的(de)(de)介質(zhi)長期比較污濁,那么電(dian)(dian)磁流量(liang)計(ji)在工作(zuo)一段時(shi)(shi)間后,電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上九會(hui)(hui)產生結(jie)垢。當結(jie)垢物質(zhi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)導率(lv)和(he)被測(ce)介質(zhi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)導率(lv)不同時(shi)(shi),就(jiu)會(hui)(hui)帶(dai)來丈量(liang)誤差。污泥、油污對電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)附著,也會(hui)(hui)使儀(yi)表輸出發生擺動和(he)漂移。因此,在這種(zhong)情況下我們(men)就(jiu)需(xu)要定(ding)期對電(dian)(dian)磁流量(liang)計(ji)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)進行維護與(yu)清(qing)洗。 



1、對無機物污(wu)染,可將(jiang)電極浸入(ru)0.1mol/L中30分鐘(zhong),用純水清(qing)洗,再浸入(ru)3.5MOL/L溶液(ye)中浸泡6小時(shi)后使用。 



2、4%氟化氫溶(rong)液中浸(jin)3~5s,取出用蒸餾(liu)水(shui)(shui)沖洗,然后在0.1mol/L的鹽酸溶(rong)液中浸(jin)泡數(shu)小(xiao)時,用蒸餾(liu)水(shui)(shui)沖洗干凈,標定。 



3、鉑金(jin)(jin)表面污(wu)染(ran)嚴重(zhong)形成氧化膜,可(ke)用(yong)牙膏對鉑或(huo)金(jin)(jin)表面進行拋(pao)光,然后(hou)用(yong)純水清洗,再浸(jin)入3.5MOL/L溶液中浸(jin)泡6小(xiao)時后(hou)使用(yong)。 



4、對有機油污(wu)和油膜污(wu)染,可用洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)劑清洗(xi)(xi)鉑或金(jin)表(biao)面(mian)后用純水(shui)清洗(xi)(xi),再浸入3.5MOL/L溶液中浸泡(pao)6小時后用。
